INTERPRETIVE OR POLICY STATEMENT

Subject: Republishing online political advertising and the application of RCW 42.17A.005 (13)(a)(iii).

Description: Describes when a political advertisement that includes graphic content copied from a campaign's web site is a contribution to the campaign.
