Effective October 1, 2016, and pursuant to RCW 42.56.580 (1) and (2), the Washington state investment board (WSIB) appoints Tish Day as its public records officer to serve as the point of contact for members of the public in requesting disclosure of public records and to oversee the WSIB's compliance with the Public Records Act set forth in chapter 42.56 RCW.
