Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 308-107 WAC, Ignition interlock device revolving account.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Recent legislation amending RCW 46.20.720 requires that the department make conforming amendments to WAC 308-107-050 and 308-107-060. Changes are necessary to update statutory section references and expand the availability of the ignition interlock device revolving account fee exemption when a driver is indigent.
