NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

The health care authority will hold a public meeting to consider proposed public employees benefits board (PEBB) program administrative policies.

The meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 21, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in the Sue Crystal 106A Conference Room, Health Care Authority, 626 8th Avenue S.E., Olympia, WA 98501.

The proposed policies can be downloaded online from http://www.hca.wa.gov/public-employee-benefits/rules-and-policies. Public comment on these policies can be submitted through the web page or to Rob Parkman, 626 8th Avenue S.E., Olympia, WA 98501-42684 [98501-2684]. The deadline for public comment is November 21, 2016.
