AMENDATORY SECTION (Amending WSR 06-02-051, filed 12/29/05, effective 1/1/06)

WAC 181-79A-270 Teacher, principal, and educational staff associate exchange permits.

Teacher, principal, and educational staff associate exchange permits may be issued by the superintendent of public instruction to an individual admitted to the United States for the purpose of serving as an exchange teacher, principal, or educational staff associate. Such teacher, principal, or educational staff associate exchange permits shall be valid for one year and may be renewed ((once)) while being sponsored by a school district in the exchange and visiting teacher program.
