WAC 260-40-090 Registration certificate.
No horse may be allowed to start unless a Jockey Club registration certificate, American Quarter Horse Association certificate of registration, or other applicable breed certificate of registration is on file in the office of the racing secretary, except that the stewards may waive this requirement, if the horse is otherwise properly identified and the horse is not entered for a claiming ((prize)) price.
