WSR 17-12-065 WITHDRAWAL OFPREPROPOSAL STATEMENT OF INQUIRY OFFICE OF INSURANCE COMMISSIONER [Filed June 2, 2017, 3:18 p.m.] I am withdrawing the CR-101 preproposal for R 2015-17, addressing the insurance commissioner's powers during a state of emergency published by the code reviser in WSR 16-01-051. This is being done because we have determined that this rule making is not necessary at this time.
