The department of revenue has issued the following property tax advisory (PTA):

This PTA announces the department's nonacquiescence to certain board of tax appeals (BTA) decisions. The PTA explains the department's nonacquiescence to the Sustainable NE Seattle v. Department of Revenue BTA decision.
