Title: Policy 61.06 – Workers' Compensation Insurance Coverage for Volunteers.
Date Issued: August 15, 2017.
Description: The August 1, 2016, policy was amended to make the interim policy permanent. One change was made to policy point #7 to remove "K-12 and beyond" from the unpaid student section as it was not necessary to clarify what an institution of higher learning is. This change was made because of a stakeholder comment.

Title: Policy 61.23 – Determining the Status of a Subcontractor Who Only Furnishes Labor.
Date Repealed: July 6, 2017.
Description: This policy is incorrect and outdated due to law changes in 2008. The policy was based on sections of RCW 51.08.180 in effect until 2008. In 2008, RCW 51.08.181 was created and RCW 51.08.180 was amended to remove subsections (2) and (3). The policy referred to the sections of RCW 51.08.180 that no longer exist.
