RCW 34.05.330(3) Pursuant to RCW 34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that: On October 27, 2017, the Governor's Office received an appeal from CHI Franciscan Health relating to the Washington State Department of Health's denial of a petition to repeal or amend WAC 246-310-715(1), WAC 246-310-720(2), and WAC 246-310-745(10)(d).
