Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28B.50.140.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Everett Community College occupies property at 909 North Broadway Avenue, Everett, WA, for the purposes of holding advanced manufacturing training classes. This property should be added to the list of educational operations locations.

Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.

Process for Developing New Rule: Negotiated rule making.
