Document Title: CN-295: UIFSA 2008 Part 1.

Subject: Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA) 2008 Part 1.

Effective Date: January 3, 2018.

Document Description: This canary notice explains the changes made as a result of UIFSA 2008, that all states have now adopted. Part 1 focuses on changes made to Articles 1-6 of UIFSA, chapter 26.21A RCW.
