Rescission of a Policy Statement

The department of health (department) is rescinding a policy statement for waterworks operator-in-training designation under chapter 246-292 WAC, which was filed June 13, 2016, and published in WSR 16-13-062.

The department is rescinding this policy because the agency adopted the policy into the waterworks operator certification rule, chapter 246-292 WAC.
