INTERPRETIVE OR POLICY STATEMENT

In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Document Title: Cancelation of Public Comment Period for Proposed Developmental Disabilities Administration HCBS Waivers Amendments.

Subject: DDA must reschedule the public comment period related to proposed HCBS waiver amendments.

Effective Date: January 22, 2018.

Document Description: Under WSR 18-02-098, DDA recently announced a thirty day public comment period for proposed HCBS waiver amendments. The administration must reschedule this public comment period for a later date, and will file a subsequent notice of interpretive or policy statement once the new dates have been established.
