Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The office of minority and women's business enterprises (OMWBE) proposes to amend rules in chapters 326-02 and 326-20 WAC to eliminate unnecessary requirements and restrictions for state certification. Process for Developing New Rule: OMWBE welcomes input from customers, stakeholders and members of the public. Anyone interested should contact the staff person identified below. At a later date, OMWBE will file a notice of proposed rule changes with the office of the code reviser. A copy of the proposal will be sent to persons on the agency's rule-making notice mailing list and to anyone who requests a copy.
