The Washington State Bar Association Council on Public Defense having recommended an amendment to the Standards for Indigent Defense, Standard 14.1 for CrR 3.1, JuCR 9.2, and CrRLJ 3.1, and the Court having determined that the suggested amendment will aid in the prompt and orderly administration and justice. Now, therefore, it is hereby ORDERED: That the amendment to Standard 14.1 which incorporates by reference the Performance Guidelines for Juvenile Offense Representation dated November 16, 2017, is adopted and becomes effective upon its publication.
