GAMBLING COMMISSION

Effective Date of Rule: Thirty-one days after filing.
Purpose: The purpose of the proposal is to repeal WAC rules that are either no longer needed or have been amended, if needed, and incorporated into chapter 230-05 WAC licensing and fee rules as part of the agency's ongoing fee simplification rule making.
Citation of Rules Affected by this Order: Repealing WAC 230-06-125, 230-06-130, 230-06-135, 230-06-140, and 230-06-145.
