Subject of Possible Rule Making: Health plan coverage of reproductive health care and contraception.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The scope of this rule making is limited to updating WAC and adding new sections, to align with SSB 6219, now codified in RCW
48.43.072 and
48.43.073, that requires ensuring access to reproductive health care and contraception.
Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: Not applicable.
Process for Developing New Rule: Submit written comments by October 23, 2018.
