Subject of Possible Rule Making: Adjuster licensing special education criteria.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The proposed rule would likely create new and amend existing sections of WAC 284-17-123 to clarify the special education condition found in RCW
48.17.380 (3)(d) for an adjuster license candidate.

Process for Developing New Rule: Submit written comments by October 15, 2018.
