The October 11, 2018, regular meeting location has been changed to Western Washington University, Shannon Point Marine Center, Library, 1900 Shannon Point Road, Anacortes, WA 98221.

The October 12, 2018, regular meeting location has been changed to the Majestic Inn, Ballroom, 419 Commercial Avenue, Anacortes, WA 98221.

A public comment period will be held October 12, 2018, from 8:05 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. A sign-up period will be offered 7:45 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
