Pursuant to RCW 39.12.015, 39.12.020 and WAC 296-127-011, on August 31, 2018, the industrial statistician and director of labor and industries determined and published on the internet an emergency correction to multiple prevailing rates. The corrected rates became effective immediately on August 31, 2018, and impact multiple counties in Washington state.
