I appoint Rebekah O'Hara, 1500 Jefferson Street S.E., P.O. Box 41501, Olympia, WA 98504-1501, phone 360-407-8818, as the public records officer for the consolidated technology services agency, effective October 30, 2018. Ms. O'Hara will be responsible for the implementation of the agency's rules and regulations regarding the release of public records, and generally ensuring compliance with the public record disclosure requirements of chapter 42.56 RCW.
