Subject of Possible Rule Making: Amendments to existing rules related to grant management: WAC 30-01-055 Responsibilities, 30-02-010 Definitions, 30-12-015 Grants, and 30-12-030 Panels.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 43.46.040.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: ArtsWA plans to update grant rules to reflect current processes and ensure the rules are easy to understand and follow.

Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.

Process for Developing New Rule: Collaborative rule making.

Conference call attendees must notify the agency the day before to allow time for conference call logistics.
