Subject of Possible Rule Making: Amending WAC 495A-134-010 to update current designated rules coordinator.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 42.30.075, chapter 34.05 RCW and chapter 238, Laws of 1991.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Clarifies who is the rules coordinator for Bates Technical College and whom to contact if needed by both internal and external individuals or organizations.

Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.

Process for Developing New Rule: Change in staffing and designated by the college president.
