WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSED RULES

LIQUOR AND CANNABIS

BOARD

Pursuant to RCW 34.05.335 and WAC 1-21-060, the liquor and cannabis board is withdrawing rule making for WSR 18-16-040 (supplemental CR-102) relating to the placement and storage of mini spirits bottles. WSR 18-08-090 (CR-102) is also being withdrawn.

At this time the board will not pursue rule making on this subject. WSR 18-01-057 (CR-101) is being withdrawn in a separate notification.
