Pursuant to RCW 34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On January 2, 2019, the Governor's Office received an appeal from James and Paula Conant relating to the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife's denial of a petition to repeal or amend WAC 220-312-040(34). The Governor's Office denied the appeal on February 8, 2019.
