Pursuant to RCW 34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On March 7, 2019, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Brittany McAllister of Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists relating to the Washington State Health Care Authority's denial of a petition to repeal or amend WAC Chapter 182-555 rules published in WSR 18-22-060.
