Notice of Repeal of Interpretive and Policy Statements
Under the Securities Act of Washington, Chapter 21.20 RCW March 19, 2019
In light of the adoption of recent amendments to the investment adviser rules set forth in chapter 460-24A WAC that address the same subject matter as certain interpretive and policy statements, the department of financial institutions hereby repeals the following interpretive and policy statements under the Securities Act of Washington, chapter
21.20 RCW:
