Subject of Possible Rule Making: Revising WAC 172-122-110 Bomb threats.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28B.35.120(12).

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Revisions may be needed to update procedures and titles of personnel involved to reflect changes in university protocol.

Process for Developing New Rule: Negotiated rule making.
