Subject of Possible Rule Making: Employers' cooperation in administration of the retirement systems.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 41.50.050 and 41.50.140.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: These rules will clarify a participating employer's responsibility to cooperate with the department of retirement systems as required by RCW 41.50.140(1).

Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
