Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: CWU intends to repeal administrative rules that do not meet the definition of a "rule" under RCW
34.05.010(16) and that duplicate policies published in the university policies and procedures manual.
Rule is not necessitated by federal law, federal or state court decision.
Name of Proponent: CWU, public and governmental.

A school district fiscal impact statement is not required under RCW
28A.305.135.
A cost-benefit analysis is not required under RCW
34.05.328. The rules to be repealed are not "significant legislative rules" as defined under RCW
