Pursuant to RCW 42.30.075, the Bellingham Technical College ASBTC S&A fee budget committee's regular meetings during 2019 will be held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, except where indicated, beginning January 8. All meetings will begin at 3:30 p.m. in the College Services Building Board Room, Bellingham Technical College, 3028 Lindbergh Avenue, Bellingham, WA 98225.
