Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 110-425 WAC, Early childhood education and assistance program.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Updating rules in chapter 110-425 WAC, to include 2019 legislative session changes of 2SSB 5437 and SSB 5089 that modify requirements related to enrollment of children in the early childhood education and assistance program.
Process for Developing New Rule: Collaborative.
