Subject of Possible Rule Making: Required and emergency medical leaves of absence.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: This proposed rule addresses a need for the colleges to issue medical withdrawals to students who exhibit self-harm and cannot otherwise be accommodated through the interactive process while attending college.
Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
