Subject of Possible Rule Making: Add new chapter 456-11 WAC relating to what is considered a part of the board's official record.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 82.03.170.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The board of tax appeals proposes this new WAC to clarify what is considered a part of the board's official record.
