Subject of Possible Rule Making: Amend Title 390 WAC to implement ESHB 1379, chapter 261, Laws of 2019, concerning disclosure of contributions from political committees to other political committees.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 42.17A.110(1) and ESHB 1379, chapter 261, Laws of 2019.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The legislature passed ESHB 1379, chapter 261, Laws of 2019, concerning disclosure of contributions from political committees to other political committees. To comply with chapter 261, Laws of 2019, current Title 390 WAC must be amended and new sections added. The effective date of the bill is July 28, 2019.
