Document Title: CN-301: Increase in Annual Fee to $35.

Subject: Increase in annual fee to $35.

Effective Date: June 28, 2019.

Document Description: This DCS canary notice explains changes to policy due to the passing of ESHB 1916, which increases the annual fee to $35 effective October 1, 2019.
