The Pattern Forms Committee, having recommended the expeditious adoption of the suggested amendments to JuCR 7.7—Statement of Juvenile on Plea of Guilty; CrRLJ 4.2(g)—Statement of Defendant on Plea of Guilty, and the Court having considered the amendments and comments submitted thereto, and having determined that the suggested amendments will aid in the prompt and orderly administration of justice;
Now, therefore, it is hereby
ordered:
(a) That the suggested amendments as shown below are expeditiously adopted.
(b) That the suggested amendments will be published in the Washington Reports and will become effective upon publication.
