In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Division of Child Support (DCS)

Document Title: Administrative Policy 3.00: Authority for Legal Forms.

Subject: Authority for legal forms.

Effective Date: September 5, 2019.

Document Description: This policy explains how the director of DCS delegates authority to certain staff to initiate locate, establishment, and enforcement actions for the department, including service of subpoenas.
