NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A POLICY STATEMENT

Title of Policy Statement: Deeming Process for Tribal Behavioral Health Agency Licensure.

Issuing Entity: Department of health.

Subject Matter: Clarifying that the department will no longer conduct an initial onsite review or inspection as part of the deeming process for tribal behavioral health agencies.
