The December 13, 2019, regular meeting currently scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. is rescheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. The location of the meeting remains the same.

A public comment period will be held December 13, 2019, from 9:05 to 9:15 a.m. A sign-up period will be offered 8:45 to 9:00 a.m.
