Under RCW 34.05.230, following are statements related to five amended policy statements, issued by the department of labor and industries, insurance services division.

Title: Policy 61.10 – Determining Workers' Compensation Coverage for Sole Proprietors.
Date Amended: June 1, 2019.
Description: The policy update removed outdated taxi law language and added a policy point referencing cancellation of owner coverage.
