In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

Document Title: Public Comment Notice for Proposed Developmental Disabilities Administration IFS, Basic Plus, Core, Community Protection & CIIBS Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver Amendments with new services.

Subject: IFS, Basic Plus, Core, community protection and CIIBS HCBS waiver amendments adding new services, revising services and removing services are available for thirty days of public comment from February 5, 2020, to March 5, 2020.

Effective Date: February 5, 2020.

Document Description: DDA within DSHS, in cooperation with the health care authority (agency), is posting for thirty days of public comment five waiver amendments. Proposed changes include new habilitation services, revised services and removed services on the IFS, Basic Plus, Core, community protection and CIIBS waivers.
