Correction - Washington's Underground Storage Tank Program

Tank Fee Increase in 2021

This filing is correcting the document filed as WSR 20-03-133 on January 17, 2020.

Washington's underground storage tank fees will increase on July 1, 2021, from $181.83 to $192.58 per tank.

As required by law, the fiscal growth factor was used to determine the amount of fee increase. The fiscal growth factor is calculated by the economic and revenue forecast council and adopted by the expenditure limit committee using the average growth in state personal income for the previous ten fiscal years.
