Subject of Possible Rule Making: Eligibility to apply for approval as a clock hour provider.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: Chapter 181-85 WAC.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Allow all professional educator standards board approved educator preparation programs to be eligible to apply to serve as Washington state clock hour providers.

Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: Not applicable.

Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
