Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 182-524 WAC, COFA Islander health care; other related rules as appropriated.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The agency is creating a new section within chapter 182-524 WAC to implement RCW
74.09.719, which provides dental services for compact of free association (COFA) islanders. During the course of this review, the agency may identify additional related changes that are required in order to improve clarity or update policy.
