The following is an administrative policy published by the public employees benefits board (PEBB) program. This policy is effective April 1, 2020. You can download the complete policy statement on the PEBB rules and policies page hca.wa.gov/pebb-rules.

The following policy was amended:

Policy 26-1: Administering PEBB retiree medical plan enrollment in coordination with Medicare Part D. To administer PEBB program retiree medical plan enrollment in order to participate in the employer incentive program established in 42 U.S.C. § 1395w-132.
