In response to Governor Inslee's statewide Stay Home, Stay Healthy proclamation to combat the spread of COVID-19, the health care authority (HCA) is withdrawing the CR-102 notice of proposed rule making, for WAC 182-550-8000 and 182-550-8100, hospital safety net assessment program, published by the code reviser in WSR 20-06-062 on March 18, 2020.

HCA will not be holding the public hearing scheduled for April 7, 2020, and will refile the notice of proposed rule making at a later date.
