Subject of Possible Rule Making: The department is considering rule changes that will affect hunting contests.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: We are evaluating existing rules to address concerns that some of our public have raised about hunting contests and how they are currently administered.
Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.
Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
