Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 182-08-197 When must a newly eligible employee, or an employee who regains eligibility for the employer contribution, elect public employees benefits board (PEBB) benefits and complete required forms?

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The health care authority is considering amending the enrollment rule and clarifying benefits to support the PEBB program within WAC 182-08-197.
